Protest against the United States in 1981.
The Dutch word 'moordenaar' means 'murderer'. The misspelled name 'Reagen' refers to Ronald Reagan who was the US president from 1981 to 1989. In February 1981, the text 'Reagan moordenaar' was used to protest the American interference in El Salvador by supporting the military junta.
